By using AI Content Scheduler for Pinterest ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

We provide an automated content scheduling tool that helps you post AI-generated images to your Pinterest account. All content posted requires your explicit approval before publishing.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Comply with Pinterest's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines

5. Acceptable Use

You may:

You may NOT:

6. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Abuse our service, APIs, or infrastructure
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Violate Pinterest's policies
• Engage in activities that harm other users or our reputation
• Fail to pay any applicable fees (if introduced)

We will provide notice when possible, but reserve the right to immediate termination for serious violations.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That defects will be corrected immediately
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers
• Specific results from Pinterest posting

We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily interrupt service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

9. Limitation of Liability

• Pinterest's actions regarding your account
• Content generated by AI or posted to Pinterest
• Third-party actions or services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (currently $0 for free tier).

10. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your content and brand materials. We retain rights to:

• Our platform, technology, and software
• Our trademarks, logos, and branding
• Documentation and user guides

AI-generated images are subject to the terms of the AI provider (OpenAI) and may have usage restrictions.

11. User Content License

By using our Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Process and post your content to Pinterest on your behalf
• Use anonymized usage data to improve our Service
• Display your content in our service interface

This license terminates when you delete your account or revoke our access.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via:

• Notice on our website
• In-app notification

Continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
